This Resource Sheet provides contact details and links to a number of helplines and telephone counselling services for children, young people, and parents. Services are grouped according to the area in which they operate:

Both are available from anywhere in Australia 24 hours a day (toll free) and provide generalist crisis counselling, information and referral services.
