This resource provides advice on how services can be more inclusive for colleagues, visitors and clients with a disability.

This resource has been produced by the Disability Advocacy Resource Unit (DARU) in Victoria.

This resource introduces good practice in communicating with people with physical disabilities, mental illness, and intellectual disabilities. It also offers suggestions on holding meetings and social events that are more inclusive for people with disabilities.
