This report highlights the different potential online risks and challenges facing young people with vulnerabilities. It presents the findings of a British survey of 2,988 young people aged 10–16 years who were carers, lived in care, or had communication difficulties, physical disabilities, special educational needs, or mental health concerns.

The findings aim to help inform targeted education and prevention efforts for cyber safety.
