Changing Tracks progress report: May 2017-December 2018

5 September 2019

This report looks at Queensland's progress in addressing the over-representation of Indigenous children in child protection and youth justice.

This report has been published by the Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women, Queensland.

It is the first update on the impact of 'Our Way' – a twenty-year strategy to address the over-representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children in the child protection and youth justice systems within a generation.

The first action plan, 'Changing Tracks', covered the priorities and tasks for the 2017–2019 period. This report highlights the positive progress made so far.

Access the report via the Queensland Government website.
