This report explores how technology can enhance community services for vulnerable young parents.

This report has been produced by Swinburne University of Technology, Family Life and Life Without Barriers.

It looks at how community services and young parents are using technology, and identifies opportunities and challenges for service delivery and design.

The report presents findings from a study at the Family Life community service in Victoria. It highlights opportunities in building clients' digital capacities, developing online peer support groups and in-house parenting apps, and assisting with Centrelink processes.
