Story of our children and young people: Northern Territory 2019

This report profiles the wellbeing of children in the Northern Territory, from the antenatal period to young adulthood.

This report has been prepared by the Menzies School of Health Research and published by the Nothern Territory (NT) Government.

It presents data across multiple measures of wellbeing for children and young peopleĀ in the Northern Territory.

It will be the first of a series of biennial reports, comparing progress against measures of:

  1. being loved and safe
  2. having material basics
  3. health
  4. learning
  5. participation
    and
  6. having a positive sense of identity and culture.
