This report examines housing outcomes and tenancy retention in people supported through the '50 Lives 50 Homes' program in Western Australia.

This report is produced by the Centre for Social Impact, University of Western Australia.

This is the final report of the 50 Lives 50 Homes project, which was a 4-year collaboration between several agencies to house and support fifty of the most vulnerable homeless people in Perth, Western Australia.

The report discusses the impacts of the program, the critical success factors and how the program could be scaled up across the state.
