Supporting improvements to the Families and Children Activity - consultation
Submissions are invited on how best to support programs funded under the Government's Families and Children Activity.
This consultation is led by the Department of Social Services (DSS).
The Department is calling for submissions from the family and relationships services sector to help improve and support programs funded under the Families and Children Activity (FaC). In particular, feedback is invited on the impacts of recent bushfires, floods and Coronavirus pandemic on service delivery and demand, and the use of program logics and data exchange.
To support the consultation, a discussion paper has been published, which provides ideas for reform, and DSS and FRSA will host online information forums on 8 December 2020 and 21 January 2021.
The closing date for submissions is 12 February 2021.
