Professional Development Workshops

Sharpen your implementation skills with a ½ day practical workshop delivered by the Centre for Evidence and Implementation

The Centre for Evidence and Implementation (CEI) will deliver a three-hour practical workshop about how to optimise your implementation process based on the Implementation Practice Guide authored by CEI and published by AIFS in June 2019.

Through the workshop, service providers will have the opportunity to:

  • Enhance their understanding of implementation science, the foundational concepts of best practice implementation, and their application to child and family service delivery
  • Be exposed to and practice using evidence-informed frameworks and tools to support their implementation efforts

This workshop will be of interest to a range of practitioners working in the Families and Children Activity sector: including practitioners, leaders and policy makers, particularly those who are involved in planning, designing and implementing services, policies and programs. Attendees will learn to apply implementation tools and skills in their day to day practice, and also to influence the use of evidence-informed implementation practice within their organisations.
