Karlee O’Donnell is a Senior Research Officer working within the Longitudinal and Lifecourse Studies team, conducting research and analysis of the Ten to Men and Longitudinal Study of Australian Children studies.

Karlee has expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, with a keen interest in longitudinal methods including multilevel modelling, cross-lagged panel models, and latent growth curve modelling. As a developmental researcher, Karlee’s subject matter expertise spans factors that undermine or enhance well-being during adolescence and young adulthood, with a specific focus on use of digital technologies.

While working at AIFS, Karlee is also completing her PhD in Psychology at Griffith University. Her PhD examines what drives young adult’s use of social media and how time spent online can be optimised to facilitate developmental growth.
