Sam joined AIFS in 2013 to work on Closing the Gap Clearinghouse publications. Sam now works on AIFS Knowledge Circle and other qualitative research projects. He has significant experience working in Indigenous affairs, having worked in native title mediation and at an Aboriginal community controlled organisation.
