Families in Australia Survey: November–December 2021

Current project

This fourth survey will explore the ways in which Australian families are managing their relationships, connections, supports, work and finances.

The Families in Australia Survey is our flagship survey series. Its scope is every person in every type of family, with the survey open to Australians aged 18 years and over.

This is the fourth Families in Australia Survey. This new survey will run from November to December 2021. The information that you provide is valuable for improving our understanding of how families are faring in 2021. You don’t need to have taken part in earlier surveys to participate in this survey.

The survey asks about ways in which you and your family are managing in terms of relationships, connections, support given and received and, also, your work and finances. With the impacts of COVID-19 continuing to be felt by many families across Australia, this survey also asks some questions about how COVID-19 has affected your family.

As a thank you for your time, five randomly selected participants will be offered shopping vouchers valued at $500 each if they opt into the random draw at the conclusion of the survey. The selected participants will be notified by email. See terms and conditions.
