Growing Up in Australia: The Longitudinal Study of Australian Children

As the Cohort Manager for Growing Up in Australia: The Longitudinal Study of Australian Children (LSAC), Deborah develops and implements respondent engagement strategies with a view to increase participant affinity and loyalty. She has over 10 years’ experience in establishing and designing study materials and incentive initiatives. 

Deborah has previously worked on many longitudinal studies, recently on Ten to Men: The Australian Longitudinal Study on Male Health and extensively on the Household Income and Labour Dynamics in Australia (HILDA) study. Deborah has experience in various fieldwork roles including questionnaire design, development and testing, study material development, interviewing (CATI & CAWI) and interviewer training. She completed her studies in Psychology and Business Marketing in Melbourne.
