Pragya Gartoulla

Child & Family Evidence

Dr Pragya Gartoulla is responsible for AIFS’s contribution to the Child Family Community Australia (CFCA) information exchange project. She also works collaboratively with the National Workforce Centre for Child Mental Health, led by Emerging Minds. She leads evidence reviews and produces resources on a range of topics related to child, family and community welfare sector.

Prior to joining AIFS, Pragya was the Research Manager at the Australian Breast Device Registry in the Department of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine, Monash Uni. Before that, Pragya held positions at various organisations, including the National Ageing Research Institute focused on elder abuse research, Melbourne School of Population and Global Health focused on FV in newly arrived communities research and Marie Stopes International in Nepal managing evaluation and research projects. Pragya brings invaluable evidence synthesis, knowledge translation and project management skills to the Institute.
