This submission to the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Social Policy and Legal Affairs: Inquiry into access to family violence orders for victim-survivors in the family law system, presents findings from AIFS research, with some reference to other research, that is relevant to the Committee’s Terms of Reference for this Inquiry into access to family violence orders (FVOs) for victims/survivors in the family law system.
