This submission presented findings relevant to the Inquiry into family, domestic and sexual violence. Its findings addressed seven of the 12 Terms of Reference set out by the Standing Committee on Social Policy and Legal Affairs in June 2020. It is noted that some of the material covered in this submission was also included in AIFS’ submission to the Joint Select Committee on Australia’s Family Law System.
