Create Foundation
CREATE Foundation is the peak body representing the voices of all children and young people in out-of-home care. As a national organisation CREATE is better able to increase its reach to children and young people in care through its programs and events. As an advocate for children and young people in care CREATE ensures that their voices are heard by key decision makers in government and out-of-home care sector stakeholders.

Office of the Children's Guardian (OCG) : NSW Government
The Office of the Children's Guardian (OCG) is a government department set up to promote the best interests and rights of children and young people in out-of-home care in NSW. The OCG promotes the best interests of all children and young persons in out-of-home care, ensures the rights of all children and young persons in out-of-home care are safeguarded and promoted, and accredits designated agencies and to monitor their responsibilities under the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 and the regulations.
