Wave 2 questionnaires

Four questionnaires were developed for the Wave 2 data collection:

• Adult males (18 to 55 years)
• Young men (15 to 17 years)
• Boys (10 to 14 years)
• Parents of the boys (10 to 14 years). 

Excluding the boys (10-14 years), all were self-completed questionnaires. A computer assisted personal interview (CAPI) was used to collect the data for the boys (10-14 years).
