This resource for fathers was developed by Relationships Australia and is designed to assist fathers at each stage of development from birth until a child is 8 years old.

Engaging Fathers Program
The Engaging Fathers Program aims to promote the wellbeing of children from birth to eight years of age by engaging fathers and father-figures in the lives of children. It is located at the Family Action Centre, University of Newcastle, NSW. Information is available on the Father-Inclusive Practice Framework.

Involving fathers in early childhood services
A site to support the development of father-inclusive services for the benefit of children and families. This website is a joint project of the Family Action Centre (at the University of Newcastle) and Good Beginnings, and is useful for children's centres, early learning & care centres, family centres or early childhood services.

KidsMatter has information sheets about parents' and carers' mental health and a page for dads.

"Mensline Australia is a national telephone counselling support service for men with family and relationship issues. They also offer a range of resources available to support men and families from Indigenous and Arabic speaking communities, and for young men.

MensLine Australia (Crisis Support Services) and Relationships Australia (Victoria) have collaborated to produce this resource for men. The 24-page booklet uses a toolkit and project metaphor to help men explore several aspects of their relationships and provides tips and strategies to help maintain and improve them.

This DVD from The Fathering Project is aimed at improving children’s education and health by providing ideas for fathers and father figures via schools, workplaces and community groups.

You're a dad: 7 storylines about being a dad
A 20 page A5 full colour booklet for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander fathers and young men, to encourage positive images of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men in their roles in the lives of their children and provide parenting information to engage and support men in their children's development and wellbeing. The booklet accompanies the poster series, which includes five national posters and three sets of local posters of five participating men's community groups from around Australia. There is also a facilitator's guide for developing a local parenting and men poster project.
