On 13 May 2024 AIFS published its response to the Government’s Statement of Expectations with a Statement of Intent.
AIFS will incorporate the Statements of Expectations and Intent into future Corporate Plans and associated performance measures together with the annual reporting of outcomes.
We look forward to delivering on this statement and stand ready to support the Government through provision of policy-relevant research in addressing the challenges associated with major forces, trends and transitions that will impact Australian families over coming decades.
