AIFS Corporate Plan 2025–26 to 2028–29

The AIFS Corporate Plan 2025–26 describes our strategic direction and priorities for the next four years. The plan details performance measures, risk management strategies and workforce development initiatives to strengthen capability in data, digital technologies and leadership. It also reaffirms AIFS’ commitment to integrity, stewardship and robust governance under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
