We employ researchers, policy analysts and corporate staff who work together to help discover how to improve outcomes for children, families and their communities, and develop an evidence base to inform policy and practice.

Our leadership team

Our Director is responsible for providing overall leadership and is supported by 2 Research Directors and a Chief Operating Officer. Together they comprise the Executive Leadership team with responsibility for strategic direction, research leadership, governance and operational oversight across the organisation.

Our researchers

Our researchers are diverse and highly skilled professionals dedicated to understanding and improving family wellbeing. They come from diverse backgrounds, including psychology, sociology, economics, political science, demography, law, public health and data science.
