This article shares insights from a recent study into compliance with parenting orders. The study investigated whether parents comply with parenting orders, how the enforcement regime operates, and the effectiveness of the legal responses to non-compliance. The findings highlight how the family law system continues to face challenges in producing safe and sustainable outcomes for families.
