These include national gambling participation rates, participant sociodemographic characteristics, past year expenditure, rates of problem gambling symptoms, financial risk taking and household financial stress. The submission draws on self-reported survey data collected from the annual Household Income and Labour Dynamics in Australia Survey (HILDA), wave 15.
