When you register for the webinar we recommend that you contact your IT support and ask them to check that the system requirements (details of these will be included in the email with your login link) match the computer or device you will be using on the day. In the unlikely event that you experience technical difficulties that cannot be resolved in time, please remember that the webinar will be recorded and that you will be able to download the audio and slides within two weeks of the presentation.
