Michelle Silbert joined the Institute in 2012. In her current role as Manager of the Data Integration, Governance & Strategy team, Michelle leads complex data integration and data governance activities across the Institute's research, data and information management priorities.
Michelle works closely with researchers and stakeholders to translate complex data linkage and integration needs into trusted, impactful solutions. Michelle builds strong relationships with data custodians and leads the implementation of secure, ethical, responsible data access pathways that enable high-quality research and meaningful evidence-based insights.
