Michelle Silbert joined the Institute in 2012. In her current role as Manager in the Data Management and Linkage team, Michelle works across the Institute’s flagship longitudinal studies (Ten to Men, Growing Up in Australia, Building a New Life in Australia) and projects undertaken by the Data Linkage and Integrating Authority.
Michelle manages the operation of geospatial and probabilistic data linkage activities conducted at AIFS and works closely with clients and data custodians to facilitate access to administrative databases.
