To make your conference experience as convenient as possible, we have secured a limited number of discounted rooms at the Pan Pacific Melbourne, directly connected to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC).
Pan Pacific Melbourne offers sophisticated accommodation with panoramic views of the Melbourne city skyline, Port Phillip Bay and the Yarra River.
Rooms are available across the conference period – 8 to 10 September 2026, with additional nights offered at the same rate, subject to availability.
Early booking is strongly recommended, as rooms are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Conference rates
- Family queen room: $259 per night (room only, inclusive of GST).
- Breakfast: $32 per person, per day
- Self‑parking: $50 per day
- Valet parking: $75 per day
Booking details
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Due to recent security policy updates, the hotel is no longer able to process payments manually using this card. At 30 days prior to arrival, the hotel will contact each guest to arrange pre-payment via a secure credit card link.
Delegates will be able to manage their bookings online up until 30 days prior to arrival. Standard hotel cancellation and no‑show policies apply.
