Join us for the 18th Biennial Australian Institute of Family Studies (AIFS) Conference Gala Dinner.
A highlight of the AIFS Conference, the Gala Dinner brings together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, community leaders and partners to celebrate our shared commitment to improving outcomes for families in all their diversity.
The evening will feature special guest Nazeem Hussain, one of Australia’s most acclaimed comedians and broadcasters, known for his sharp, insightful and often hilarious perspective on identity, culture and contemporary Australian life.
Nazeem Hussain is a leading voice in Australian comedy, known for his work across stand-up, television and podcasting. He created and starred in the acclaimed SBS series Legally Brown and has performed to sold-out audiences around the world, including at the Edinburgh Fringe and Montreal’s Just for Laughs Festival. His Netflix special Public Frenemy introduced his work to international audiences, cementing his reputation as a compelling and entertaining performer.
