New Wave 10 data now availabile
Release 10.1 updates the Growing Up in Australia database with new insights into the lives of young Australians as they move through early adulthood.
For the first time, the release includes participants’ free-text responses about the issues facing their generation and their hopes for the future. It also includes new data from their parents on wellbeing, parent-child relationships and access to support from their children.
The new data release also adds:
- updates to the datasets with new Wave 10 parent computer assisted telephone interview (CATI), household composition and Residential Event History Calendar data
- refreshed household files
- revised metadata and documentation
- updated frequency tables
- supporting technical materials.
The release includes both General Release and Restricted Release datasets, together with updated data dictionaries, questionnaires, rationale reports and technical documentation.
