Executive Summary
This is the fourth and final report of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) 1991 Families Census. Earlier reports have provided 'snapshots' overviewing the information collected in March 1991. In order that it might stand on its own and because slightly different 'weighting' procedures have been employed, this report replicated much that was presented in the initial report. In addition, it provides comparisons, where appropriate, with the wider Australian population, follows up areas found in the initial report to require further examination, and recommends a research strategy for follow-up work.
