Wave 1: Adults questionnaire (18–55 years)

Wave 1 questionnaires

Four questionnaires were developed for the Wave 1 data collection:

• Adult males (18 to 55 years)
• Young men (15 to 17 years)
• Boys (10 to 14 years)
• Parents of the boys (10 to 14 years). This questionnaire was separated into two parts:
  • Part A – information about the study boy
  • Part B – information about the household and parents. 

Excluding the boys (10-14 years), all were self-completed questionnaires. A computer assisted personal interview (CAPI) was used to collect the data for the boys (10-14 years).
