Wave 5: Labelled questionnaire

For Wave 5, as all respondents were over the age of 18, only one version of the questionnaire was administered. Some participants were offered a shortened version of the questionnaire, however. These participants were those who had been identified as unlikely to complete the full questionnaire and can be identified using the variable fdctype0md.
