Wave 5 findings
Ten to Men: The Australian Longitudinal Study on Male Health is the largest worldwide study of the health and wellbeing of boys and men. As a longitudinal study, Ten to Men aims to survey the same group of males every few years. It began in 2013 and has so far collected over 1,200 variables across several key domains of health and wellbeing to generate findings that inform government policies, programs and research programs on Australian men, their families, and communities.
This is a brief snapshot of Ten to Men participants, now aged 18 to 67 years, at the 5th wave of data collection in 2024–2025, which includes new participants from the recent sample top-up of over 10,000 adult males. This data has been recently released for researchers, policy makers and others to access, and includes several new measures, items and domains.
